Howard Dean tells Dems to stay away from Alabama, Alyssa Milano and her elite friends know better

Howard Dean has given his Democrat Party some good advice on what to do if it wants to win the senate election in Alabama, but will they take it?

The former presidential candidate and Democrat National Committee chair was responding to a New Yorker on social media, who said they wanted busses of people sent to Alabama to help Democrat candidate Doug Jones.

“We Dems need to get buses down to Alabama now to knock on doors for @GDouglasJones. This is a winnable seat & policy game changer. Let’s organize this,” the woman, named Debbie Mangeri, wrote.

Dean’s advice? Stay away.

“This is just what we do NOT need,” he tweeted. “Alabama is not a place to bring in a lot of Yankees to tell them what they need to do. Send Jones money!!”

Many believe outside Democrats that worked on the Jon Ossoff campaign in Georgia actually helped to kill his campaign, and they don’t want to see it happen again.

Front and center on the doomed Ossoff campaign was actress Alyssa Milano, who was mocked by Republican Sen. Ted Cruz after she asked for hugs following Ossoff’s defeat.

Is she going to listen to Dean’s advice?

Judging by her tweets the answer is no.

Alyssa, you are the gift that keeps on giving to Republicans.

At least other celebrities and coastal elites are staying out of it.

Oh wait.

For the first time in the race Jones has taken the lead on Moore in the polls with the newest showing him with a four point lead in the Alabama senate race.

But if Hollywood keeps at it perhaps they can rescue his opponent Roy Moore’s campaign.
