Antifa protests expected to slam 20 cities nationwide in futile bid to remove President Trump

The day has finally arrived that Antifa has talked about for weeks, where the hardcore leftist organization will allegedly “peacefully protest” President Donald Trump.

But if history is any teacher, the Antifa protests are not likely to be peaceful.

New York City, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Portland and San Francisco are among the 20 cities,  at a minimum, that the anti-fascist group has plans to protest in, according to its website.

Saturday is only the start of the protests, which the group wants to continue until President Trump resigns or is removed from office, according to a full page ad in the New York Times on Wednesday.

“Nov 4 it begins — be there — join with the thousands who will gather in cities and towns across the country. A movement of protests that continue every day and night, growing until we become millions … determined not to stop until this is driven from power,” it read.

Although the group describes itself as “anti-fascist,” it apparently has no qualms using tactics that undermine democracy.

Newsweek Magazine explained that the group running the protests, “Refuse Fascism,” is tied to another group known as “the revolutionary communist party.”

“What Trump and his administration are doing could pose an existential threat to humanity,” Andy Zee, who serves on the Refuse Fascism advisory board, told Newsweek.

“The goal of this is start a peaceful protest and to begin to get large numbers of people out on the street,” he said. “There is a fascist in the White House in Trump. That is who this person is.”

Apparently these people don’t watch the news: the president was not able to get his healthcare bill passed, he is compromising on tax reform, and he has struck down Obama-era executive orders that unconstitutionally broadened the powers of the White House. He was even criticized by Politico for “throwing away his own power.”

Some dictator.
