Former President Bill Clinton’s speech at a hurricane relief benefit concert in Texas has gone viral for an unintentional reason.
Cameras couldn’t help but catch the brilliant moment that two former presidents behind Clinton got a serious case of the giggles.

At the “Deep from the Heart: The One America Appeal” event at Reed Arena at Texas A&M University in College Station, Clinton spoke about the serious topic of aid and relief for victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Maria. As he discussed rebuilding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and on the importance of ongoing support for communities devastated by the storms, a scene unfolded behind him.
Former President George W. Bush leaned over to his successor, former President Barack Obama and said something the two found quite funny. In fact, Bush’s sly smile and Obama’s open chuckle played out for cameras as they both tried to contain their snickers while Clinton spoke.
Also on stage at the time were former U.S. Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush.

The elder Bush displayed his own sense of humor in a tweet Monday following up on the concert.
Not sure abt 39, @BillClinton, 43 and @BarackObama, but I would have sung w @ladygaga if asked. Thanks to all for supporting @AmericaAppeal.

Lady Gaga had made an unbilled appearance at the fundraiser which was hosted by country music singer Lee Greenwood and featured rock and country musicians including Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, Sam Moore and Yolanda Adams.

President Trump was not able to join the rare joint appearance by all five living former US presidents, but he did send a taped message.

“To Presidents Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, Melania and I want to express our deep gratitude for your tremendous assistance,” Trump said in the message. “This wonderful effort reminds us that we truly are one nation under God, all unified by our values and our devotion to one another.”

Though it has not been revealed what the inside joke was between Bush and Obama at the concert, the internet reaction has been a simple appreciation for how the men, despite their political differences, could have fun together. Of course, late night television was full of speculation about what was actually said.

Twitter users offered theories about the joke and thanks for a well-deserved laugh.
I think most of Americans needed those ten secs of smiles and giggles from our honorable Presidents. I know I did.
