There’s a double-standard when it comes to President Trump and office-holding Democrats, especially when it comes to Russia.
A Democrat like Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton can hand over 20 percent of U.S. uranium reserves to Russia in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation and nobody bats an eye, but a Trump official says “hi” to a Russian and it’s suddenly an impeachable offense.
A stunning contradiction that conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, himself the victim of a liberal witchhunt, pointed out in a scathing Friday morning tweet:

Exactly. But impeachment would likely be the least of Trump’s worries. After that, Dems would make sure a prison term was in the president’s future.
D’Souza is referring to when the Obama administration approved the sale of mining company Uranium One to a Russian firm, Rosatom, in 2009, effectively giving Russia control of 20 percent of U.S. uranium reserves.
Meanwhile, Uranium One’s chairman donated $2.35 million to, where else, the Clinton Foundation.
When it’s Democrats doing the real nefarious dealing with hostile foreign entities in exchange for cash, it’s ignored.
In fact, the FBI could even bury evidence about it.
The double-standard is unconscionable, as plenty noted on Twitter while replying to D’Souza’s post.
