A Courtney Love clip from 2005 just blew up Hollywood’s big Weinstein lie: ‘I’ll get libeled if I say it’

Can it be spelled out more clearly than this? They knew.

Courtney Love was asked in 2005, at a red carpet event, if she had any advice for young girls moving to Hollywood.

She starts with a chilling hesitation and an initial fear. “I’ll get libeled if I say it,” she said, looking to her left for approval from someone off camera. Then she just blurts out: “If Harvey Weinstein invites you to a private party in the Four Seasons, don’t go.”

The event was the Pamela Anderson Comedy Central Roast.
