It’s on! Triggered Jimmy Kimmel goes off on Brian Kilmeade, threatens to ‘pound’ him if he sees him

Jimmy Kimmel went off the rails in his latest tirade on his late night talk show, threatening to “pound” a Fox News host.

Kimmel was skewered by many on the right after he called Sen. Bill Cassidy a liar on Tuesday night’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” for cosponsoring the Cassidy-Graham health care plan.

“(I) got a lot of nice tweets, words of support today, from a lot of sick and disabled people who are worried about their access to health care being cut off. But I also got words that were not so nice, particularly from our friends at FOX & Friends,” Kimmel said before playing a video from “Fox & Friends.”

In the video, host Brian Kilmeade said “These politically charged Emmys may have been the lowest rated in history but that’s not stopping Hollywood elites like comedian Jimmy Kimmel for pushing their politics on the rest of the country.”

That set the comedian off.

“He follows me on Twitter. He asked me to write a blurb for his book, which I did. He calls my agent, looking for projects. He’s dying to be a member of the Hollywood elite,” Kimmel said of Kilmeade.

Kimmel said he was on a healthcare mission because his own son was sick and he wanted to help people in the same situation who don’t have the wealth that he has.

“I don’t get anything out of this, Brian, you phony little creep,” he said. “Oh, I’ll pound you when I see you.”

Some on social media accused Kimmel of threatening Kilmeade with assault.

Others defended Kimmel and claimed he was talking about giving Kilmeade a fist pound.

Regardless of what he “meant”, it was a childish. Kilmeade on the other hand, took the high road with a classy response and ended up offering Kimmel some sound advice.
