Bill Clinton’s weird birthday tweet to Barack Obama gives ‘balloons’ a whole new meaning

In an unusual Friday afternoon tweet that has since gone viral, former President Bill Clinton wished former President Barack Obama a happy 56th birthday.

Unusual because, well, balloons…

Balloons??

“Hope you get some balloons,” Clinton wrote. “I love a good balloon.”

Apparently, Clinton’s tweet is referencing the good time he and his wife Hillary, along with Tim Kaine, had with the fun inflatables at the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

Social media reaction was predictably funny, but not as funny as Bill Clinton playing with balloons…
