“New Yorkers are finally showing their disapproval of self-centered New York politicians.”
The favorability of Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer among fellow New Yorkers has dropped sharply, according to the results of a Siena College telephone poll, as reported by Fox News.

President Donald Trump, who has dubbed the Democrat “Cryin’ Chuck” for the crocodile tears he shed over the president’s temporary travel ban, has accused the Brighton Beach native of engaging in obstruction politics.
The poll indicated that Schumer’s favorability among New Yorkers has dropped by more than 10 points since December, down to 53 percent.

A full 37 percent of New Yorkers viewed Schumer unfavorably.
“It’s telling us that Republicans, and to a lesser extent, independent voters in New York are not happy with [Schumer’s] new role. He’s the face of the Democratic party in many places,” Siena pollster Steve Greenberg told the New York Daily News.
Schumer’s favorability among Upstate residents is lower than those in the city. Fox reported:
Half of Upstate residents view him favorably, compared to 57 percent of city residents.
Last year, nearly 70 percent of the more Republican Upstate viewed Schumer favorably.
Schumer’s counterpart, Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand, is viewed more favorably by residents.
The poll has a margin or error of four percent.
Folks on social media didn’t appear very surprised by Schumer’s reversal of fortune.

Maybe if he were more constructive and helped the administration, his favorability would rebound. Though I don’t want him re-elected anyway.

New Yorkers are tired of Dems day after day bashing of Trump & MSM’s endless, Russia/Trump collusion obsession! Dems need to change course!

And on that note, we can rest assured that seven years from now Schumer will be saying, “We haven’t yet found any proof that the Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin, which only means we have an obligation to continue investigating.”
