The “tolerant-left” is at it again. Alternative music band Stray From The Path has just released a music video entitled “Goodnight Alt-Right.” Between the singers screaming hard-to-decipher lyrics about “hate” being bad, or something, is the “story” of a supposed Trump-supporter walking from his car to his home. Inside, he is accosted and beaten senseless by antifa thugs, who eventually brand him with a swastika to give him “something he can’t take off.”
Watch the video if you dare, but be warned – there is extreme language and extreme violence portrayed. And yes, considering the source none of that should be the least bit surprising.
The violence-porn is supposedly justified by Nazi paraphernalia visible inside the man’s home, as if all Trump supporters, conservatives, or even self-identified members of the “alt-right” are Nazis and/or white supremacists, and as if it would even be OK to assault them if they were.

So obviously, this is wrong and sick on multiple levels. One YouTube commenter asked, “Why is this video acceptable, but photoshopping CNN’s logo into goofy WWE matches is considered inciting violence?”
Infowars Editor Paul Joseph Watson wrote, “Because nothing says ‘edgy’ like violently attacking people for having different thoughts and opinions.”
Here’s a sampling of the lyrics, in case you weren’t able to decipher them:
You just got knocked the f*ck out
The punishment fits the crime
So keep your hand held high and you’ll find out why
That this raised fist ain’t afraid to fly77 since the 88
Had to look at my phone ’cause I couldn’t believe the date
It’s 2017 but in a 40’s trend
With a racist president that’s “making everything great again”Lowest of the low, rats out of their holes
We never used to let these dickheads have any control
Speech is “free” but it comes with a price
And if you’re speaking out some bullshit I’ll give you advice
Hit ’em with a left a left and a right
Got ’em dropping like flies with the stars in their eyes
So fuck them and fuck you too and appreciate that
if you preach hate, then expect hate
For those who watched the video and noticed the Richard Spencer appearance (the man watches a television with the alt-right leader on it just before he’s knocked senseless), like him or hate him people obviously were wondering what he thought about the whole thing…
Just for the record, I’m more offended by the music than the violent imagery. ?

Hard to argue with Spencer on that one!
And finally, is it possible we could have a classic case of “little-man syndrome?”
Apparently the video struck a nerve, because as of this writing the song had almost 16,000 thumbs down to only around 3,000 thumbs up.
