Michael Moore’s call to ruin the 4th of July holiday has Fox hosts using some strong language

Well, he’s at it again.

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore called for a collective “storming” of lawmakers’ offices and town halls in an effort to “nonviolently” protest the GOP push to repeal and replace ObamaCare.

“Rise up!” Moore declared in a series of tweets, issuing an apocalyptic warning that “We are all being attacked!”

Fox News Channel’s Meghan McCain summed up the leftist director’s latest spewing by calling him an “absolute moron.”

Moore’s call for the protesting to be conducted over the July 4th holiday weekend is “unpatriotic,” McCain argued on “Outnumbered” Friday.

“I have a very, very low threshold for what I can handle talking about Michael Moore,” Megan McCain said. “I think he’s an absolute moron, idiot, dictator, anti-patriotic, jerk.”

Calling for protests over the holiday means security has to be in place at the offices and meetings of lawmakers, she pointed out.

“How unpatriotic is that, not to let our law enforcement enjoy the holiday weekend?” McCain asked.

Fox Business Network contributor Charles Payne was not worried about Moore rallying the masses.

“First and foremost, no one’s going to follow Michael Moore,” he said, adding that the filmmaker should lead by example and do the same.

“I’d like to see him get out in front of a crowd and run to someone’s office,” Payne said. “It’s just so damn stupid.”

Payne speculated that Moore is part of the pack of “Hollywood hypocrites,” suffering from “irrelevance” and “fading away from the limelight,” while being incapable of having a civil discourse – something they blame others of not engaging in.

“Civility should be number one. Patriotism,” Payne said, noting that probably no one would be storming anyone’s offices over the holiday break.

“It’s OK that we have differences of opinion,” he said. “It’s just this intolerant left that’s always preaching to the rest of the country and the rest of the world.”

And while there is certainly plenty of opinion on the state of healthcare, Twitter users were not feeling the urge to “rise up” and take Moore’s call to heart.
