Two strong-armed women where engaged in an arm wrestling contest on live TV when a loud snap was suddenly heard, leaving little doubt as to what just happened.
The ladies were competing in the “Iron Lady” arm-wrestle segment of an Argentinian program called “What Hand Is It In?” when the sickening moment occurred, the Daily Mail reported.
The look of sheer horror on her competitor”s face said all that needed to be said as the bone in the woman’s arm snapped under the force being exerted.
The injured woman, identified as Pamela, was remarkably calm and collect, showing little emotion or pain as the other woman grasped her arm out of concern.
Host Chino Leunis took to social media after the show to confirm the woman’s arm was broken and to say the incident “was a great shock for everyone,” according to a Daily Mail translation.
“Unfortunately Pamela broke her arm. She’s been put in plaster and tomorrow she’s going to be operated on. It’s a terrible shame and we will be attentive and help her,” Leunin tweeted.
