Sen Schumer mocks Trump cabinet meeting with ‘funny’ one of his own: ‘Our tax dollars hard at work’

Given the degree of negativity from liberals and the mainstream media surrounding virtually anything he does, the fact that President Trump’s first full cabinet meeting on Monday featured Trump selling his accomplishments as well as cabinet members praising the president and his agenda should be no big surprise.

After all, if he and his own people don’t, the media certainly aren’t about to.

But Senator Chuck Schumer couldn’t help but take a quick break from obstructing Trump’s agenda to have a few laughs at the president’s expense.

In a video he posted on Twitter Monday afternoon, Schumer is sitting around a table with his staffers, who are taking turns complimenting their boss.

“Your tone was perfect. You were right on message,” said one staffer.

After the New York senator asked how his hair looked “coming out of the gym this morning,” the staffer responded, “You have great hair. Nobody has better hair than you.”

Another interrupted by saying, “Thank you for the opportunity and blessing to serve your agenda,” to which Schumer responded by laughing and saying “that’s great.”

And then, it was back to obstructing for the Democratic Senate Majority Leader:

Naturally, Schumer’s tweet provoked plenty of responses from all sides.
