The Jupiter, Florida Police Department released dash cam footage late Wednesday of the field sobriety test officers gave golfing great Tiger Woods, which resulted in his arrest Monday morning for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

When officers approached Woods’ vehicle, it was stopped and blocking traffic in the righthand lane of Military Trail with its right turn signal flashing, the left brake light on and Woods asleep behind the wheel.
The footage revealed that the golfer was asked a series of questions and requested to perform a number of simple tasks.
He admitted to officers that he didn’t know where he was, after first claiming he was en route from Los Angeles to Orange County, Florida.
He had difficulty tying his shoes, stumbled asked to when walk a straight line and recited the alphabet with difficulty. At that point he was handcuffed and placed into custody.

Woods, who recently had his fourth back surgery, is also heard telling the officers he has screws in his knee when they asked if he had anything that would poke them during a search.
Authorities took Woods into custody around 3 a.m. He was then booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 7 a.m. Jail records indicate he was released from custody just before 11 a.m.
The release of the dash cam videos come after police shared pictures of the damage to Woods’ car.
The front tires were flattened and the rims were also damaged.
Woods denied that he’d been drinking, but may have been under the influence of pain medication for his recent surgery. That claim was corroborated by a breath test administered later, revealing 0.00 percent of blood alcohol in his system. In a statement released Monday night, he attributed events leading to his arrest to an “unexpected reaction” to prescription medication.
