‘Fake homeless’ woman confronted with cameras has no where to run, gets taken out by karma

The gig is up…

An alleged “homeless woman” was busted scamming people in Richmond, Virginia, by a man videotaping an exchange he had with her.

…and was later arrested as a result of that video.

“You’re viral, you’re on Facebook. You’re the talk of the town this morning,” the man filming can be heard saying. ” What would you like to say to everybody in Richmond?

“How much did you make today?”

The woman, later identified as Micha Leigh Dominguez, appeals to employees at the McDonald’s restaurant she is parked at for help, but they are not willing to get caught up in the fracas.

As she goes back and forth with her agitator, Dominguez justifies her panhandling by saying she has a disability. The man filming and a friend insist she’s stealing people’s money as they point out that her sign says she is homeless.

“Someone is going to end up killing you,” the woman threatens at one point.

“For what?” the man behind the camera asked.

“For harassing me,” she responds, repeating the threat moments later.

And while the video ends at this point, Dominguez’s troubles are only beginning.

Dominquez was arrested Monday on three counts of throwing a missile at a moving vehicle, after allegedly throwing three Gaterade bottles at a passing car, CBS affiliate WTVR reported.

Turns out, she was plying her trade at another intersection when a “disorderly situation” occurred.

“Upon arrival the officers located the female complainant in the parking lot near the IHOP restaurant. The complainant advised officers that while standing in the median, several people began harassing her and videotaping her,” Henrico Police Lt. Richard Cosby said, according to WTVR.

“While speaking with the complainant, the officers were approached by another woman who told officers that the subject they were talking with had thrown items at their cars while in the parking lot, and that the incident had been videotaped, which was subsequently shared with the officers.”

Dominguez was taken into custody, which settled the debate over whether she was homeless or not.
