What on earth is happening at America’s airports?
…or is the traveling public?
A huge brawl broke out Monday at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport after multiple flights were canceled or delayed.
Angry passengers who were going to miss a graduation ceremony began lashing out at security officers, to include Broward County deputy sheriffs, resulting in a number of people being detained, according to The Daily Mail.
Police were called after the travelers began taking their frustrations out on Spirit Airlines employees at the ticket counter.

In the Instagram video seen below, a dozen or more officers are seen trying to restore order as bodies flew.
The cancellations and delays were because of “ongoing negotiations between Spirit Airlines and the Airline Pilots Association,” The Mail reported.
#spiritairlines right now ? this shit is wild, canceled flights
CNN’s Chris Cuomo commented that after the incident with United Airlines, “people are sensitized to being abused potentially” — this seemingly being the same people seen in the video attacking law enforcement.

Of course, for some social justice warriors, the police are always at fault:

Spirit Airlines issued a statement, blaming the incident on “unlawful labor activity” of some of its pilots.

“We are shocked and saddened to see the videos of what took place at Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport this evening,” the airline said, according to ABC affiliate WSVN. “This is a result of unlawful labor activity by some Spirit pilots designed to disrupt Spirit operations for our customers, by canceling multiple flights across our network.”
