Professor ends up in hospital escorting conservative speaker away from violent protesting students

The intolerant left rears its ugly head once again on an American college campus.

…this time sending someone to the hospital.

Conservative scholar Charles Murray was invited to speak at Middlebury College in Vermont on Thursday and students at the private liberal arts school made it all but impossible.

Murray is the author of “Bell Curve,” a controversial book on intelligence and class structure in America.

Protesters turned their backs on Murray as he tried to speak, chanting a number of slogans, including: “Who is the enemy? White supremacy!”; “Racist, sexist, anti-gay, Charles Murray, go away!”; and “Black lives matter!”

But the rude, disrespectful liberal snowflakes were just getting started.

Murray was moved to a separate room to record an interview and was then escorted out of the back of the building by Allison Stanger, a professor of international politics and economics.

And that is when a “super scary” mob descended on them.

More from the Addison County Independent on what happened next, as detailed by Bill Burger, a spokesman for the college:

“The protestors then violently set upon the car, rocking it, pounding on it, jumping on and try to prevent it from leaving campus,” he said. “At one point a large traffic sign was thrown in front of the car. Public Safety officers were able, finally, to clear the way to allow the vehicle to leave campus.

“During this confrontation outside McCullough, one of the demonstrators pulled Prof. Stanger’s hair and twisted her neck,” Burger continued. “She was attended to at Porter Hospital later and (on Friday) is wearing a neck brace.”

The circus-like atmosphere created by those who have had life way too easy can be seen in the video below.

On Friday, Tucker Carlson had Princeton University professor Carolyn Rouse on to discuss the incident at Middlebury College and she struggled to separate fact from fevered ideology while outlining her complaints against Murray.

In fact, the professor went so far as to point to the highly biased, hard-left Southern Poverty Law Center as a primary source of her discontent. As he is wont to do, Carlson gave his guest all the time she needed to show just how little she actually knows:

The reaction of a few social media users pretty much said it all:
