Is the world ready for a Brawny woman?
The paper towel brand sure thinks so as it replaced the iconic Brawny man with a woman in honor of Women’s History Month.

“Overall, what we hope to accomplish with this campaign is to promote conversation about what it means to be strong and resilient, and inspire women and girls everywhere to chase their dreams no matter what obstacles they may face,” Laura Knebusch, Vice President Marketing Activation at Georgia-Pacific, told RealSimple.com.
The campaign includes a series of short videos honoring the accomplishments of famous women, including Harriet Tubman, Amelia Earhart, and Serena Williams as well as others who have broken barriers in their fields.

@EmilyyNM can’t I just have some rolled perforated processed paper to wipe up the dog pee without ANOTHER political lecture? @brawny::sigh::

If I was to refer to a lady as being “brawny” I’d get a face full of feminist outrage.
As it is, she’s kinda hot@molratty @JHolmsted pic.twitter.com/ZbAaxY0qzM

In search of a real-life Brawny man. Is that too much to ask for?
— EmilyyNM (@EmilyyNM) March 2, 2017
@foxandfriends @Brawny don’t forget the black, gay, Christian, Muslim, Russian, German etc. companies are ridiculous with this crap ?
— Rick Benton (@Southpaw75nc) March 3, 2017
@foxandfriends @Brawny just make freakin paper towels & sell it at a great price stop trying to make political statements

@foxandfriends Cause most women identify as “brawny lumberjacks” while cleaning!!
— American Made (@Anjlefire) March 3, 2017
@foxandfriends I’d rather look at the Brawny man, than some chick dressed as a lumber jack.

Wonder what feminists’ reaction will be when they realize Brawny’s parent company, Georgia-Pacific, is a subsidiary of Koch Industries.
