Comedian Leslie Jones’ routine threatens white women with violence – it’s okay, she’s a lib

Saturday Night Live comedian Leslie Jones is facing backlash after making a racially charged joke during a standup routine.

Jones was performing at Carolines on Broadway in New York City on Thursday when she made fun of white women that support Black Lives Matter.

“If I see another 45-year-old white woman from Williamsburg saying ‘black lives matter,’ I’m going to punch you in the mouth,” she said, according to the New York Times. “Stop doing that.”

That came after the 49-year-old Jones called President Donald Trump a “pig.”

Controversy is nothing new for Jones.

It was less than a year ago when right wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos was banned from Twitter when his fans attacked Jones with racial slurs after he gave a less than stellar opinion of the movie “Ghostbusters,” of which Jones was a star.

But now it is Jones who made the offensive comments and social media lambasted her for it.
