Brave heroic truth-tellers from NY Times thank loyal supporters who show up at building – all 4 of them

Stinging from a snub by the White House, journalists from the New York Times were thankful for the show of support they received outside of their offices.

Reporters from the Times and other mainstream media outlets like CNN and the Los Angeles Times were surprised to find themselves blocked from attending a press gaggle with Press Secretary Sean Spicer on Friday.

But, thankfully for the New York Times,  they had plenty of fans on hand to help ease the pain Friday.

The reporters thanked the supporters who had gathered in front of the Times building in Manhattan.

Not exactly a crowd, but the support should help the Times face another day.

The size of the underwhelming crowd was not lost on Twitter users.
