Non-citizen sentenced to 8 years for voting fives times says it’s not fair, it’s a crime against her

A non-U.S. citizen who was sentenced to eight years in prison for illegally casting votes in five different elections is crying foul.

She claims that she didn’t do anything wrong.

Um, she voted five times although not a citizen. Fox & Friends tweeted:

A Texas judge sentenced Mexican national Rosa Maria Ortega to eight years in prison after a jury found her guilty of two counts of voter fraud.

She said it wasn’t fair.

“They could have done this to someone else who really did something wrong,” she wailed. “They did a crime against me, against me, against me, against me just to be an example. It’s just not fair.”

Her tears and lamentations got little sympathy from social media.
