They offered up Kellyanne, instead!
Vice President Mike Pence is doing the rounds this weekend, appearing on virtually every Sunday talk show, except for one.
Pence will do Fox’s “Fox News Sunday,” CBS’ “Face The Nation,” NBC’s “Meet The Press” and ABC’s “This Week.”
But the vice president will skip CNN’s “State of the Union” program, The Hill reported.
A spokeswoman for the network said the Trump administration offered Kellyanne Conway but CNN declined, according to The Hill.
On Friday, CNN’s Brian Stelter asked his Twitter followers if “TV networks should think twice before booking Kellyanne Conway.”

The question came after Conway misspoke about terrorists who were apprehended during President Obama’s administration, referring to it as the “Bowling Green Massacre.”
A mistake that brought consternation from former first daughter Chelsea Clinton.
President Donald Trump is not a fan of CNN and even called the network “fake news” at a press conference in January.
