A Dallas high school teacher is under investigation after posting a video of her shooting a water gun at an image of President Donald Trump.

The eight-second video showed a woman in a classroom yelling, “Die!” while firing a water pistol at point blank range at a video image of President Donald Trump at his inauguration, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The image was being projected on a white board in the front of a classroom, though it is not known if students were in the room at the time.

The video was posted to the Instagram account of Payal Modi, an art teacher at Adamson High School. The account has since been made private but the video has continued to be circulated on social media.

According to the Dallas Morning News:

Dallas ISD spokeswoman Robyn Harris confirmed that the person in the video was a district employee and an art teacher at Adamson, but added that DISD would not comment at this time, as it investigates the incident. No one has been placed on administrative leave as of Thursday morning, Harris said.

According to Townhall, the video was originally captioned: “Watching the #inauguration in my classroom like…. #no #stop #denial #squirtgun #hypocrisy #powerless #saveusall #teachthembetter #atleastitsfriday”.

Twitter users were appalled at the video and responded in countless tweets calling for the teacher to be fired.
