DNC chair candidate’s jaw dropping racist speech: ‘My job is to shut other white people down . . .’

Just when you thought the candidates for the chair of the Democratic National Committee couldn’t get nuttier or further to the left, they just got nuttier and further to the left.

Candidate Sally Boynton Brown defined her job as “shutting other White people down” if elected DNC chairwoman.

“Black lives matter, and it makes me sad that we’re even having that conversation, and that tells me that white leaders in our party have failed,” she said at a DNC candidate forum.

“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to interrupt,” Boynton Brown, who is executive director of the Idaho Democratic Committee continued.

She based her new job description on the premise that whites are inherently prejudiced because of their “white privilege.”

“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to say, ‘oh, no, I’m not prejudiced; I’m a Democrat; I’m accepting,’” Boynton Brown explained at the forum, which was hosted by Joy Reid on MSNBC.

Her remarks created a social media firestorm — especially among former members of the Democratic Party . . .

Rep. Keith Ellison, another candidate for DNC chair, once defended the anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. Although the Minnesota Democrat claims to now regret that endorsement, the Anti-Defamation League has called comments Ellison made since then about Israel “Deeply Disturbing” and “Disqualifying.”
