Melania Trump is about to become a fashion icon who will shower global publicity on the designer who dresses her on Inauguration Day.
American fashion designer Ralph Lauren will reportedly make Trump’s inauguration outfit.
While the Trump camp has not confirmed the rumors, Lauren is the front-runner to dress Melania on January 20, Women’s Wear Daily reported.
Melania previously wore a $4,000 one-shoulder Ralph Lauren jumpsuit on Election Night
Interestingly, Lauren is an avowed liberal who supported Hillary Clinton and designed many of her signature pantsuits on the campaign trail.
Almost 38 million TV viewers watched Barack Obama’s inauguration in 2009, and this year will attract similarly high numbers, even if 50 crybaby House Democrats boycott the ceremonies.
While liberal mainstream media claims NO ONE wants to dress Melania, fashion insiders say a long list of top designers — including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Zac Posen, Zang Toi, Diane von Furstenberg and Carolina Herrera — would be thrilled to.

Designer Tom Ford refuses to dress Melania. As payback, Donald Trump’s billionaire pal Steve Wynn had all Tom Ford products removed from his Las Vegas hotel after the diss.
Sophie Theallet, who dressed Michelle Obama, also said she will never dress Mrs. Trump (P.S. – No one asked her to).
But that’s OK. We’re sure Melania doesn’t mind at all.
