Talk about creating your own reality.
With just days remaining, President Barack Obama continues to focus on his legacy, as was seen Sunday when top adviser Valerie Jarrett appeared on CNN to praise his administration.
…for being free of controversy and scandal!
Confident in the support of Obama’s allies in the media, Jarrett made the far-reaching claim on a special edition of “Fareed Zakaria GPS” looking to “explore” Obama’s legacy through the voices of his closest aides.

“The president prides himself on the fact that his administration hasn’t had a scandal and he hasn’t done something to embarrass himself,” Jarrett told host Fareed Zakaria.
“That’s because that’s who he is — that’s who they are — and I think that’s what really resonates with the American people,” she added.

Back in the real world, Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, compared the Obama administration to that of Richard M. Nixon.
“The Obama administration has a scandal rap sheet longer than my arm,” Fitton said to the New York Post. “Between just the IRS abuses, Benghazi, and the Hillary Clinton scandals, this administration was even more corrupt than Nixon’s.”
Judicial Watch is a government watchdog group that works tirelessly through the courts to hold the president accountable for his actions, despite far-reaching efforts by his staff to avoid transparency.
Doing some serious cherry-picking, while ignoring his many pratfalls, Obama took to Twitter on New Years Day to further sell his take on reality… in hopes of securing his legacy.
“Remarkable progress” being the theme…
As we look ahead to the future, I wanted to take a moment to look back on the remarkable progress that you made possible these past 8 years.
