Jesse Watters asks panel: Do Dems secretly fear that Donald Trump will be successful?

Could it be Democrats are acting like sore losers because they are actually afraid of Donald Trump succeeding as president?

Fox News host Jesse Watters aimed the loaded question at his guests as he filled in Thursday on “The O’Reilly Factor,”

“Shouldn’t you guys start focusing on winning instead of whining?” Watters asked Democratic strategist David Goodfriend, the former Deputy Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton, recounting how the left has done nothing but make excuses for Hillary Clinton’s election defeat.

Goodfriend replied that, though many Democrats are “ready, willing and able” to work with the president-elect, the bigger question is whether Trump and congressional Republicans will stick to their promises.

“Do you think that the left is panicking because they’ve been shut out of power worse than they have been since 1928, or do they fear that President Trump could be so successful that it could banish them into the electoral wilderness?” Watters asked guest Sarah Isgur Flores, former deputy campaign manager for Republican candidate Carly Fiorina.

Democrats have reacted in a “dumb” manner, Flores noted,  by “looking backwards with this entitlement attitude” by calling for vote recounts and slamming the Electoral College.

“This can’t be good for the Democratic Party brand,” Watters said, proving that the left is not only “not good at winning” but now, apparently, not very good at losing either.
