Leftists are fueling a disinformation campaign now that Hillary Clinton lost the same presidential race three times.
The latest rumor claims that singer Andrea Bocelli turned down the chance to perform at Donald Trump‘s presidential inauguration after facing vicious backlash.
The NY Post, citing unnamed sources, claimed Bocelli bailed after being targeted by bullies and haters. While the part about Bocelli being harassed is true, it is NOT true that Trump asked him to perform at the inauguration.
Tom Barrack, the head of Trump’s inauguration, said Bocelli had floated the idea past Trump, saying he’d be interested. But there was no formal request by either side.
“Bocelli and his wife have been friends of Trump since the very beginning,” Barrack said on CNBC’s Squawk Box Tuesday.
“It never got to: Can you, will you, would you, with either of them. They’re just great friends. And that was it.”
Trump told Bocelli the following, according to Barrack:
Donald said, ‘You don’t need to. We’re not in that kind of a framework. Thanks very much for the offer. You’re my friend. You are always welcome at the White House.’
As fake news abounds, the objective of Trump haters is clear: Create confusion, stoke rumors to make it seem like no one wants to perform at his inauguration and harass anyone who publicly supports him.

Last week, angry libs launched a Boycott Bocelli campaign in a move to pressure the world-renowned tenor to not sing at the inauguration.
Leftist bullies are also trolling and harassing teen opera sensation Jackie Evancho for agreeing to sing at the ceremony.
How ironic that libtards are threatening a child and a blind man after calling Trump a bully.

Evancho said she won’t cave into bullying because she’s used to dealing with hatred because she has a transgender sister.
Evancho has confirmed she will perform at the inauguration, and cannot wait for the big day. “I feel like it’s going to be a big audience, and I love big audiences!” she gushed.
