Jesse Watters headed to America’s northern neighbor to see how Canadians were handling the election of Donald Trump.
During the election campaign, many who opposed Donald Trump threatened to move to Canada if he were elected president. Fox News’ Watters did not find any of those from the #NeverTrump camp but did ask other Canadians their thoughts on the transition of Trump from president-elect to president.
“A majority of Canadian folks dislike very much Mr. Trump,” one man told Watters on the “Watters’ World” segment of “The O’Reilly Factor” on Monday.
“As a Middle Easterner, I’m actually terrified to a little degree, but I have faith in the American system,” another said.
One young woman remarked that “They made their bed, so America has to lie in it.” Watters countered out that it was a “plush, beautiful, gold bed.”

Many were stumped on what President-elect Trump and Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had in common. “They are both men,” one person astutely noted.
Watch Watters navigate topics from Fidel Castro to Justin Bieber and even the border wall with Mexico in his man-on-the-street segment in the Fox News video below.
