Obama teaches Trevor Noah about ‘flying blind without intel briefings’ – he’s an expert, after all

President Obama took a jab at his successor in remarks about the importance of daily intelligence briefings.

Julian Assange associate: It was a leak, not a hack and the DNC insider is NOT Russian

Obama criticized President-elect Donald Trump for reportedly not needing the daily security brief in an interview Monday with comedian Trevor Noah, host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.”

“The president-elect may say one thing and do another once he is here because the truth of the thing is, it’s a big complicated world, it doesn’t matter how smart you are, you have to have the best possible information to make the best decision possible,” Obama said. Without the intelligence briefings, he warned, the president would be “flying blind.”

Apparently Obama’s short and very selective memory must have forgotten his own track record.

The president also noted how proud he was of his administration for enforcing the rule that “intelligence shall not be subject to political spin.”

Really.
