Campus craziness is running amok, thanks to radical leftist loons masquerading as professors.
Caleb O’Neil, a student at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, was threatened with legal action and possible expulsion for posting a video of an unhinged professor going off on an anti-Donald Trump rant.
Olga Perez Stable Cox, a human sexuality instructor, trashed Trump as “a white supremacist” and called his election “an act of terrorism” (which would make the 63 million people who voted for him terrorists):
Our nation is divided. We have been assaulted. It is an act of terrorism.
One of the most frightening things for me, and most people in my life, is that the people who are committing the assault are among us.
[We have] A white supremacist and a vice president that is one of the most anti-gay humans in this country.”
O’Neil was so alarmed by the over-the-top tirade that he recorded it. The video was posted on the Facebook page of the Orange Coast College Republicans.
The teacher’s union representing professor Olga Perez Stable Cox responded by warning the group that they’re considering legal action.
“This is an illegal recording without the permission of the instructor. The student will be identified and may be facing legal action,” the union warned.
But Josh Recalde-Martinez, president of the College Republicans Club, told CBS LA they won’t be bullied into silence:
“At this point it’s not even education anymore, its indoctrination.
They wanted it to be known so that maybe we would get scared and take down the video. But to the union I want to say we are not gonna be doing that.”
Attorney Shawn Steel, who volunteered to represent the College Republicans club, is disgusted by the union’s strong-arm tactics.
“The unions are acting like thugs, like bullies themselves,” Steel said. “Every student knows it: If you stand up to your professor, 90% of the time the professor’s going to punish you.”
The Orange Coast College Republicans has filed a formal complaint about the professor’s intimidation tactics, while other students bashed her on RateMyTeacher.com. “I felt censored and bullied if I did not agree with her opinions,” one student wrote.
Caleb O’Neil was later suspended by Orange Coast College. Shortly afterward, the school reversed the suspension amid public outrage calling for Caleb’s reinstatement and Professor Olga Cox’s firing.
