Like him or not, Kanye West sure knows how to get a crowd riled up.
Chaos erupted at West’s concert in California Thursday night when he told fans that he did not vote during this election, but if he had, he would’ve voted for Donald Trump.
“I told you I didn’t vote,” Kanye told the audience. “But if I voted, I would have voted on Trump.”
West’s shocking admission was followed by booing, some stunned silence, and even a shoe (one of Kanye’s own Yeezy shoes) being thrown at him. West quietly picked up the shoe and returned it to its owner.

West made the surprising comments during a 40-minute political speech in the middle of his Saint Pablo Tour in San Jose.
“This is my platform and I’m going to talk about the paradigm shift that’s happening right now,” West said. “Whether you voted for Hillary or Trump, this is a safe space for both of you.”
West said he supports Trump because he likes the fact that the president-elect is not politically correct and is not a career politician.
Kanye is praising Donald Trump at his show right now. Said he likes his politically incorrect way of communication.

West then went on to discuss his own desire to run for president in 2020, saying Trump’s victory has paved the way for political outsiders and newcomers to buck the entrenched political system.
Kanye just announced he's running in 2020 and I just witnessed it live.

Kanye added that he “felt persecuted” as a black man and as a celebrity for secretly supporting Trump, and said he felt vindicated after Trump won.

Not surprisingly, West’s remarks met with some disapproval on Twitter, with some fans saying they are DONE with him, and others demanding a refund of their concert tickets.

But other Twitter fans were happy Kanye outed himself as a Trump supporter, saying he shouldn’t be condemned for expressing his political views.

While Kanye West’s support for Donald Trump may seem surprising to some, Trump actually enjoyed support from many African-American celebrities, including rappers 50 Cent, Scarface and Young Jeezy (see video. Warning: language).
