He’s done! Fed-up James Woods bids Twitter a not-so-fond farewell over political censorship

Conservative actor James Woods is saying goodbye to Twitter and taking his “constitutional right to free speech” with him as he goes.

The Hollywood star exited the social media company following its announced intention of removing alleged extreme accounts in an ‘alt-right’ purge.

An active Twitter user since 2009, Woods’ account boasted over 483 thousand followers. His highly critical tweets of President Obama and former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton were cheered by his fans and made liberals’ heads explode.

“Twitter has now sadly abdicated its position as a sole beacon of free speech. Voltaire’s famous dictum has been quietly buried by these left wing savages,” his Twitter page reads.

Twitter users were sad to see him go and wondered if the same censorship would ever befall leftist liberals.
