Melania Trump as the first female American president?
Donald Trump‘s model wife apparently beat Hillary Clinton to the punch when she played the first woman president of the United States in a Slovenian clothing commercial.
The low-budget 1993 video unearthed by Univision shows “the first woman president of the United States on the day of her inauguration,” according to a description from the video’s producers.
In the grainy video, Melania Trump waves to a crowd as she descends the stairs of an airplane followed by Secret Service agents.
The video chronicles Melania being sworn in as the first female U.S. president and later shows the brunette beauty making phone calls and reviewing documents.
The ad was made to promote a Slovenian clothing company. The video’s producers said Melania played the role very well.
“It is the most extraordinary historical coincidence,” script writer Jožica Brodaric told Univision. “She looked refined, elegant, really presidential.”
The video was discovered shortly after Melania Trump gave a stirring speech in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, this week, telling voters why they should elect her husband, Donald Trump.
“He loves this country, and he knows how to get things done, not just talk,” Melania said. “He pledges to restore integrity for Washington, and respect for America abroad.”
Melania said her husband decided to run for office after becoming disillusioned and disgusted by corrupt politicians who say anything and do nothing.
“He had a great and fulfilling life, but Donald knew he could not sit by anymore and watch what was happening in our country,” Melania said. “And that is when this campaign, this movement, began.”
Another possible historical coincidence?
In an unrelated but timely connection, a tweet went viral that showed a young graduate had predicted that the Cubs would win the World Series in 2016, Fox News reported.

When did he predict it? According to this tweet, in 1993, the same year Melania Trump made her presidential video.
