If Huma’s lie about turning everything over doesn’t destroy her, THIS State Dept. document will bury her

Republican National Committee communications director Sean Spicer indicated that Hillary Clinton may not be the only one in a legal pickle. Long-time Clinton senior aide Huma Abedin may also find herself in hot water due to the recently-discovered emails between her and her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner.

He told CNN’s Michael Smerconish Saturday that when Abedin left the State Department in 2013, she signed a form indicating that she knew her “legal obligation” to “turn over all classified information and to further safeguard any further information that could be disclosed.”

“Let’s put this in context. Hillary Clinton initially said she turned over everything that was relevant. The only thing she didn’t were emails regarding yoga and Chelsea’s wedding. We know that to be false,” Spicer explained.

‘We do not have a warrant’: Officials say Loretta Lynch has not given FBI a warrant for new Huma emails yet

“Further, when Huma Abedin left the State Department … they have to file a form called OF-109,” he said. “That form is a separation agreement that states simply that people understand when leaving government that they are maintaining no classified information. They understand their legal obligation to protect further classified information and safeguard any potential disclosures of that.”

Spicer presented a copy of the form Abedin signed, which the RNC obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request.

“So while we don’t know entirely what’s going on, we do know that Huma Abedin in August of 2013 signed a legal document with the United States government saying she knew — she understood that it was her obligation to turn over all classified information and to further safeguard any further information that could be disclosed,” Spicer told Smerconish.

“While we don’t know the facts, while we don’t know what’s going on, we have continued to see a pattern that they tell us everything — we know everything, that they’ve disclosed everything — and time and time again we find out that that is not the case.”

And it’s not just her signature on the form OF-109 that could get her into trouble. Abedin also swore in a June deposition with Judicial Watch that she had looked for and turned over all devices that may have contained government information.

“We find additional disclosures over and over and over again, and the big message that people have to understand during this final ten days of election is you haven’t seen anything yet,” Spicer observed.

“For 30 years we’ve seen the Clintons tell us one thing and play by rules for themselves, and we will continue to see that with Hillary Clinton and her top aids.”
