On Sunday the top trend on Twitter has been #GoHillary despite the fact that Clinton’s FBI investigation has been the top story on virtually every news show, even those that lean left, for days.
The positive hashtag played into the belief by many Donald Trump supporters that even social media is “rigged.”
But the positive hashtag brutally backfired as it was hijacked and used to attack the Democrat presidential nominee.
Despite the fact that it was used to attack Clinton many wondered why it was a top trend to begin with.
