‘They’re called boobs, Ed!’ Fox Business anchor upstages both candidates, awesome tweets follow

With two presidential nominees and a room full of famous names and faces, one of the most talked about attendees at the Al Smith charity dinner in New York City turned out to be a Fox News anchor.

Seated at a table behind the podium, Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo stole the spotlight Thursday night as viewers tried to keep from getting distracted.

Her white, elbow-length gloves earned many compliments but it was her low-cut red dress that had many riveted to the scene.

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld seemed so smitten with his co-worker’s gloves that he tweeted about it three times.

Seems some couldn’t get enough of “complimenting” Bartiromo.

Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh took it to the air on his show the next day.

“Everybody looked like they were wearing a corset last night,’ he said on “The Rush Limbaugh Show” on Friday.
“Other than Maria Bartiromo,’  he added. “The rackage on display there obviously was not constrained by a corset.”

Bartiromo took it all in stride, even responding to all the attention with a quote from the movie “Erin Brockovich.”

“This is to all my Twitter followers out there who have a lot to say this morning,” she said. “I quote Julia Roberts: ‘They’re called boobs, Ed!’ That’s all I’m going to say. It’s not that big of a deal.”
