Homeland Security warns Americans about baking – and they just about lose their cookies!

Cyber-security threats may now apparently affect our cookies and pies.

The Department of Homeland Security is urging caution when conducting online activities, especially shopping and…”baking.”

A minor typo created major reaction afterthe agency fired off a Twitter post on Tuesday that read a little funny.

“Be #CyberAware. Avoid conducting sensitive online activities – like baking or online shopping – when using free Wi-Fi,” read the tweet.

One Twitter user begged the Homeland Security Department to correct its error.

With the holiday season fast approaching, online bakers will have to use extra caution.
