The race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton continues to go where no presidential contest has gone before, and that now includes a battle over porn tapes.
After Donald Trump posted a tweet about former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, calling on his followers to “check out sex tape” from the ex-beauty queen, BuzzFeed News reported that the GOP nominee briefly appeared in a Playboy softcore porn film in 2000.
“Beauty is beauty, and let’s see what happens with New York,” Trump says at the start of the film.

Trump’s role in the porn is relatively benign and centers around him breaking a bottle of champagne on a Playboy-branded limo while several of the playmates are visiting New York City. BuzzFeed News obtained the footage from the online-only Buffalo, New York–based video store Cinema Cornucopia.
Other scenes from the film feature fully nude women posing in sexual positions, dancing naked, touching themselves while naked, touching each other sensually, rubbing honey on themselves, taking a bath, and dressing in costumes.
Even though the online news outlet described Trump’s appearance as “relatively benign,” it didn’t stop the Clinton campaign from calling his cameo as a “starring” role.
“There’s been a lot of talk about sex tapes today and in a strange turn of events, only one adult film has emerged today and its star is Donald Trump,” Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill told reporters on Friday.
Not that this mischaracterization offends anyone in the press.
Trump’s tweet was in response to claims by Machado that he was verbally abusive toward her after she gained weight, even allegedly calling her “Miss Piggy.” The Clinton camp ran with the story in an attempt to disparage Trump with women voters, but it turns out that Machado has a storied past of her own.
