Obama knew about private server, FBI dump reveals – ‘now we know why charges were NEVER pressed’

Newly released documents from the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server show that President Obama not only knew about the private server, but also used a pseudonym when communicating with the then-secretary of state.

Clinton aide Huma Abedin told the FBI that the White House was informed when Clinton changed her primary email address because Obama could only receive emails from approved senders.

Abedin didn’t know Obama’s email address or how often Clinton used it, the FBI notes revealed. When the FBI showed Abedin a 2012 email exchange between Clinton and someone they believed was the president using a pseudonym, the longtime Clinton aide exclaimed, “How is this not classified?”

Abedin “expressed her amazement” with Obama’s pseudonym, the report revealed.

The interviews with Abedin make up a portion of the nearly 200 pages of interview notes that the FBI released late Friday from its probe into Clinton’s use of a private server for classified emails.

Despite the document dump coming at the end of Friday, just ahead of the weekend, many were still alert enough to catch the latest in the ongoing scandal, including Donald Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

Does anyone in the mainstream media care that the president has denied knowing anything about the server in multiple past interviews?

Yes, that was rhetorical.
