HUGE! Bleach Bit tech with FBI immunity reportedly left evidence on Reddit and Congress is about to pounce

Could this be the smoking gun?

A group of Reddit users believe they’ve uncovered crucial emails from Hillary Clinton’s I.T. technician. The House Oversight Government Reform Committee is looking into archived emails by Paul Combetta who allegedly went by the alias “Stonetear” who appeared to have solicited advice on how to remove email addresses and messages.

The content “Stonetear” was seeking to permanently remove was “VERY VIP.”

Law Newz reported:

The dates of the post correspond very closely to revelations about the Clinton private email server. If true, the posts could provide more information into how and why emails ended up getting deleted from Clinton’s private email server. The redditors have already gotten the attention of the House Oversight Committee, which confirmed they are now looking into the matter.

One day after Hillary Clinton was subpoenaed by the Benghazi committee for her emails, “Stonetear” posted the following to Reddit:

Hello all- I may be facing a very interesting situation where I need to strip out a VIP’s (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email that I have both in a live Exchange mailbox, as well as a PST file. Basically, they don’t want the VIP’s email address exposed to anyone, and want to be able to either strip out or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails we want to send out.

I am not sure if something like this is possible with PowerShell, or exporting all of the emails to MSG and doing find/replaces with a batch processing program of some sort.

Does anyone have experience with something like this, and/or suggestions on how this might be accomplished?

While evidence connecting Combetta to “Stonetear’s” account is circumstantial, it is at this point overwhelming. The inactive website is registered to the email address [email protected], a search of domain registration information using the service indicates, reported. An account for a person named Paul Combetta on the web bazaar Etsy also has the username “Stonetear.”

Once “Stonetear” was told it was basically impossible to remove the emails, and may even be illegal, he used what we now know as Bleach Bit to destroy evidence.

The following video explains the sequence of events up to the point where “Stonetear” has been deleting his own user history, but not before savvy social media users grabbed screenshots and posted to Twitter.

Needless to say, Hillary critics believe they’ve found a smoking gun:

It’s going to be a long day at the Clinton campaign headquarters.
