Hillary wants you to think ISIS is attacking US targets to push votes to Trump

Hillary Clinton tried to draw a link between recent terrorist attacks and the attackers trying to push votes to Donald Trump.

During a presser on the attacks Monday morning Clinton was lobbed a softball by a reporter who asked if the Islamic State, or the Russians, were behind the attacks in order to “drive votes to Trump.”

The Democrat presidential nominee wasted no time seizing on the chance to make the connection.

“I don’t want to speculate,” she said before she speculated. “I think it’s important for voters to hear this and weigh it,  in making their choice in November.

“We know that a lot of the rhetoric we’ve heard from Donald Trump has been seized on by terrorists, in particular ISIS, because they are looking to make this into a war against Islam.”

She said the terrorists want to use Trump’s words to start a war that pits the entire religion of Islam against the United States, though Trump has never claimed America is at war with the entire religion.

Clinton bragged that she “has been part of the hard decisions to take terrorists off the battlefield” and that she “was part of the national security team that worked with president Obama to develop strategies to fight the terrorists.”

And that has produced bang up results this weekend.
