From a vocal crowd of protesters, to small turnout of supporters, this was not the welcome back Hillary Clinton was hoping for.
It didn’t help that Clinton started off the North Carolina campaign rally by using the same talking point her campaign and media minions fervently used while she was away. Because she was going to authentically make sure people know, she’s ready to “power through.”
“I tried to power though, but even I had to admit that maybe a few days rest would do me good,” she told the crowd. “It turns out that having a few days to myself was actually a gift.”
According to several reports, there weren’t too many people listening.

I don’t know who reported Hillary’s crowd was 2000 people but it was nowhere near that.

She said she took the time off to talk to old friends and then tried to use her collapse to talk about healthcare.
“People like me, we’re lucky,” she said while a protester shouted “you suck” and “f**k Hillary.”

Fortunately for the protesters there was plenty of room in the parking lot.
