Donald Trump’s campaign released a new ad on Monday that took aim at Hillary Clinton’ assessment of half of Trump supporters as a “basket of deplorables.”

“Hillary Clinton called tens of millions of Americans deplorable,” the ad began followed by a clip of the Democrat nominee’s remarks.

“You know what’s deplorable? Hillary Clinton viciously demonizing hard working people like you,” the ad closed.

The ad is scheduled to run in the important battleground states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida and North Carolina, according to CNN.

Titled “Deplorables” the ad is a direct response to Clinton’s comments at a fundraiser in New York City on Friday where she likened half of Trump’s supporters as, among other things, racists.

“To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,” she said. “Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.”
