Pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli trolled Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton after she was forced to leave a 9/11 ceremony after overheating Sunday.
The embattled former CEO of Turning Pharmaceuticals – who has been widely criticized for marking up a life-saving drug used to treat cancer and AIDS by 5,000 percent – periscoped the incident outside her daughter Chelsea Clinton’s New York apartment on Twitter.
“Are you alive? Do you need pharmabro’s help?” He yelled at the candidate, followed by a chant of: “Drop out.”
Shkreli later tweeted he attempted to track down the candidate in Manhattan for two hours before he finally found her

He followed up the video with tweets praising his own efforts to heckle the candidate about her health woes.

Clinton’s doctor said the overheating was due to a case of pneumonia, to which he advised he adjust her schedule accordingly.
After Clinton left the ceremony, aides reportedly drove her to rest at Chelsea’s apartment to hydrate and rest.
