The heated legal battle between Andrea Tantaros and her former employer Fox News Channel just got messier.
The former Fox host, who filed a lawsuit last week accusing ousted Fox CEO Roger Ailes of sexually harassing her, is demanding that past and present executives at the network submit to a lie detector test.

The explosive lawsuit accused the network of retaliating against Tantaros when she complained of alleged harassment by top executives and talent at Fox.
Fox shot down Tantaros’ sexual harassment claims in a legal filing on Monday, calling her a “wannabe” and her complaint “baseless” and “filled with falsehoods.”
Tantaros lawyer, Judd Burstein called on Ailes and other Fox executives to submit to a lie detector test.
“The time has come…either to let this case play out in the courtroom or to conduct an even-handed trial in the court of public opinion,” Burstein said.

Burstein prepared the questions for Ailes and others at Fox, according to Buzzfeed’s Kyle Blaine.

The statement challenging the executives to take the lie detector test indicated that Tantaros would also participate.
“An innocent person would jump at the chance for this kind of vindication,” the statement read. “And if Ms. Tantaros were not telling the truth, she would not risk offering this proposal.”
