More fuel was added to the fire of the public feud between MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Monday.
“A lot of people are calling him Amnesty Don,” host Joe Scarborough insisted, although no one called him that until Monday morning when Scarborough said it.
— Morning Joe (@Morning_Joe) August 29, 2016
“For 14 months Amnesty Don has been putting illegal immigration at the center of Amnesty Don’s campaign… and yet nobody in Amnesty Don’s own campaign can tell you what Amnesty Don’s position is after Amnesty Don won the primaries promising to deport 11 (million people.) And telling Mika here, poor Mika, poor put upon Mika. Telling poor put upon Mika here that Amnesty Don was gonna get a deportation force.”
“I thought he was kidding” Mika said.
“Even Amnesty Don’s own people, surrogates, don’t know what Amnesty Don is gonna do on this,” he said. “Isn’t it surprising how some people are calling him Amnesty Don?”
Many on social media found the transparent Trump attack pathetic.
