Dems for Trump group call Hillary’s conspiracy-fueled ‘Alt-Right’ speech a whopping dud

After Hillary Clinton uncorked her big “Alt-Right” conspiracy theory speech, feedback poured in and little of it was good. In fact, as far as former Democrat and leader of the group Trumpocrats is concerned, Hillary looked “simply unhinged.”

Clinton delivered her August 25 diatribe against the shadowy “Alt-Right” movement — a collection of misfits and powerless screechers on the far right — blaming them for the country’s ills, essentially saying they were out to get her, and insisting that GOP nominee Donald Trump is fanning their flames of racist hate.

But Trumpocrats executive director Christian Rickers wasn’t at all impressed. Rickers, a Democrat who voted for Bernie Sanders in the primary, is leading the group to oppose Clinton mostly on economic grounds and says that Trump’s economic ideas are far less dangerous than Clinton’s massive globalization plan that will hurt the U.S.

After Hillary’s speech in Reno, Mr. Rickers told Breitbart News that the Democrat nominee looked “simply unhinged” with her rants about this mythical “Alt-Right.”

“Hillary is simply unhinged and appealing to the lowest common denominator,” Rickers said of Clinton’s speech. “Her performance today was more evidence of how desperate she has become.”

The leader of the Democrats for Trump group said he felt Hillary’s speech backfired and made her look bad.

Rickers also slammed Hillary for focusing on a little known group and blaming the country’s ills on them while ignoring the more important topic of the economy and jobs.

The Trumpocrats leader wasn’t alone in his assessment that Hillary’s Alt-Right speech was a failure. Fox News commentator Charles Krauthamer — himself no Trump fan — insisted that Hillary’s conspiracy theory speech was a dud.

Here a Twitter user put together a quick montage of the speech in case you missed it:
