Desperate Hillary sinks lower than pond scum with new ad trying to link Donald Trump to KKK

In what can only be described as a despicable act of desperation, Hillary Clinton is attempting to connect the Ku Klux Klan to her Republican rival for the White House, Donald Trump.

Her campaign must be working under the theory that if you throw enough mud at your opponent, some of it may stick.

She released a video Thursday, and posted it to Twitter with the caption, “There’s a reason the most hateful fringe of the right wing is supporting Donald Trump.”

And what’s the supposed connection between the Klan and Trump? It’s that some present and former Klan members announced their support for him.

“The reason a lot of Klan members like Donald Trump is because a lot of what he believes, we believe in,” a robed man said at the beginning of the video.

A lot of people thought the Clinton ad was a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Her own campaign as well as her husband’s run for the White House made the ad even more hypocritical.

And while a few Klan members may have attached the endorsement to Trump, the KKK, as an organization, allegedly endorsed the former secretary of state and contributed heavily to her campaign.

Trump can no more control who endorses his campaign than Clinton can control who supports her’s — even if it’s the father of a jihadi who murdered dozens of people at an Orlando nightclub that caters to the gay community.

Except in Clinton’s case, maybe she could have controlled it.

In that instance, alleged Taliban supporter Seddique Mateen , the father of Islamic State inspired Orlando shooter Omar Mateen, said he’d been expressly invited to attend the Clinton rally in Kissimmee, Florida, earlier this month.

He was apparently given a seat of honor directly behind the candidate as she spoke.

And there’s a huge difference between the Klan and radical Islamic terrorists.

While the Klan terrorized and murdered African-Americans in the South during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it’s something of a joke nowadays.

The Taliban, al-Qaida and the Islamic State continue to terrorize, and make the Klan appear as Boy Scouts in comparison.
