Newt Gingrich loses it on ‘childish’ GOP establishment losers Romney and Jeb Bush: ‘Get over it!’

Ahead of the Republican National Convention (RNC), the mainstream media is doing everything it can to discredit GOP nominee Donald Trump’s approval among Republican Party insiders.

But, when questioned by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush being no-shows at the GOP convention, staunch Trump supporter Newt Gingrich just about couldn’t take it anymore, as captured by Real Clear Politics.

“The reason people nominated Donald Trump is they weren’t happy, and frankly the Bushes are behaving I think childishly,” Gingrich told Stephanopoulos.

“Childishly. I mean, Jeb lost,” Gingrich said. “You know, Get over it. I mean, the fact is, this Republican Party has been awfully good to the Bushes.”

“Mitt Romney,” Gingrich quickly noted as he pointed out all of the Republican-led initiatives that the former presidential candidate refused to endorse.

“He comes along, ‘I’ve now changed, I’m now a real Republican,'” Gingrich said. “As long as we were supporting him, Mitt Romney was really happy.”
