During a campaign stop, Hillary Clinton channeled her inner President Obama by using one of his “best lines” when he was an Illinois Senator running for the presidency in 2008.
Clinton warmed up to a New Hampshire crowd Wednesday using the old line… “There is that old saying, ‘You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig.'”
“I have to tell you the first time the Republicans pull voodoo economics, they fooled us,” Clinton said.
Back in 2008, Obama said that exact line during a campaign stop.
“That’s not change,” Obama said of the then Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin GOP ticket. “That’s just calling something the same thing something different. But you know, you can put lipstick on a pig. It’s still a pig.”
The similarities between these two are creepy.
